Our Premium Grass Fed Beef cuts are sourced predominately from Regions such as Victoria, and Tasmania where rich fertile pasture is in abundance due to the higher than average rainfall compared to other states, and the cattle are mostly of English Breeds (Angus, Hereford). Brands such as Cape Grim, Bass Strait, King island, and Great Southern are the names of choice, however seasons can vary affecting supply, so check which brands we have Instore before your purchase. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. We do have a small selection of Grain fed beef also, noticeable our Wagyu Rib Fillet, and Rump cuts, along with our “Ebony Black Angus” rump cuts.

“Murray Valley” and “Sovereign” lambs are the brands of choice at Porterhouse, both of which are multiple award-winning Australian Brands year after year. They are Grass Fed, and of course Free Ranging on lush fertile pasture in NSW, Victoria, and Tasmania. They are the best lamb money can buy.

We exclusively Stock “Murray Valley” branded pork. In my opinion, the best on the market. Renowned for its succulent flavor, juicy texture, and doesn’t dry out during cooking. You haven’t had pork, until you have tried ours.

95% of what you find instore is made in house daily, and our Sausages are no exception. With over 20 flavors to choose , there’s bound to be something that hits the mark for you. Whether it’s a thick snag ( Natural casing ), or a skinny snag to throw on the Barbie, we have you covered. Our Sausages are lean , whilst still being moist and juicy, and are a low carb, high protein option. Yes they are gluten free.
